Steve Pass A.C.I.O.B. - Construction Manager - LowC Construction Ltd

Steve has worked in the construction industry for over thirty years and has gained a wealth of experience managing projects as wide ranging as refurbishment of a Grade 1 listed property on Belgrave Square, London (with a new swimming pool), to commercial developments including a complex fit out of an exclusive health club in Mayfair.

Steve has also gained experience in the housing sector using traditional masonry construction, timber frame and a steel frame medium rise city centre development. Steve greatly assisted Andrew West in the establishment and management of a timber frame production unit.

Steve has been an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building since 1997.
