Enterprise Inns Plc (EIP)
As a Carbon Trust supported client, EIP have retained LowC as an independent energy advisor to develop and implement a two-phase, organisation-wide, low carbon action plan.

Starting with head office carbon reduction programme, LowC are providing staff training on energy reduction strategies, introducing new management systems and supporting EIP's core CSR activities.

This is followed by the pub estate refurbishment programme, in which LowC is project managing the implementation of carbon reduction measures designed to reduce carbon emissions and running costs across the Enterprise Inns portfolio of over 7,000 pubs.

Crosby Lend Lease UK Ltd (Commercial mixed use)
Working in conjunction with Crosby Lend Lease, Birmingham City Council and Sainsbury's, this project aims to redevelop the Battery Park area in Selly Oak, Birmingham (formerly the site of the Birmingham Battery and Metal Company).

Work includes making significant improvements to the area with restoration and redevelopment plans that include low carbon design and renewable energy strategies.

LowC have delivered a renewable energy strategy that will enable high levels of energy to be generated onsite, minimising usage of fossil fuels.
